Booking Conditions

​

If you wish to change the dates of your holiday or your choice of property after confirmation has been issued then you will be liable to pay a handling fee of £25.00. It will not possible to rearrange your holiday less than six weeks before its commencement. We recommend you use holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your holiday.

Should it be necessary for a customer to cancel a booking then we must be notified immediately by phone, and confirmed in writing. All reasonable efforts will be made to re-let the property the holiday maker will be responsible for paying for the period of tenancy booked if a substitute cannot be found. Full refund less £50.00 admin fee if the property is re-let.

The holidaymaker undertakes to leave the property and its contents in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday and to leave the properties in the same state of cleanliness in which they were found. The holiday maker bids and obliges himself to pay us in respect of any loss or damage beyond fair ware and tear.

The number of people using the holiday home must not exceed the number stated in the property description , baby under two years of age and sleeping in a cot is not included in this number .The hirer shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof. The hirer shall vacate the premises without demand at termination of the period of hire .We the owners of the property or persons acting for the owner must be allowed access to the property on giving reasonable notice (except in case of emergency) at any reasonable time during your stay.

A deposit for cottage hire of £100.00 for mid & low season £100.00 for short breaks and £150.00 for high season.

 

Payment in full at the time of booking is required for bookings made within six weeks of the start of the holiday.

​

Final payment for the total cost of the holiday must be received by us six weeks before commencement of the holiday.

 

Failure to do so may mean that you will lose your holiday.  If any cheque payment is returned to us by our bank the charges for this will be passed onto you.

Bookings may be made over the telephone, such bookings are accepted by us on the understanding that these Booking Conditions have been read and accepted by the holidaymaker(s). When booking by telephone you are required to confirm that you have read and agree to these Booking Conditions. Our Booking Conditions can be viewed on our web site at www.bewerleyhallfarm.co.uk

We cannot accept responsibility for loss of life, injury, loss or damage to personal property, unless caused as a direct result of our own negligence or that of our servants and agents. Weekly bookings usually run Saturday to Saturday (3 p m on date of arrival and 10 am on the date of departure) Check in is not 24 hours and may be charged for out of hours .It is up to you to check at the time of booking .

Payment methods are in GBP (£) UK Cheque’s (payable to either C D Atkinson or E J Atkinson) Bank transfer and, Pay Pal pay now button on our web site, add 2% any bank charges to be met by the holiday maker.

We collect and store the information you give us when making a reservation. The information we collect and store is done so using proper security measures.  We do not share or pass any of the information to third parties. If you would like to see the information which we hold for you please write to us.

Security

We do not share customer details or bank details with any third parties nor do we store credit card details or disclose any personal information.

​

Cottages / Vacating

​

Cottages may be inspected before leaving , we expect them to be left clean and tidy charges may apply.

​

Dogs

​

Not to be left unattended in Cottages or rooms unless in cages.
